This practice jersey was used by John Vanbiesbrouck throughout the mid to late 80s while defending  the goal for the New York Rangers.  Based on the CCM tagging and the overall usage, it is likely that Beezer used this jersey during his 1985-86 Vezina campaign.  Vanbiesbrouck went 31-21-5 with a 3.33 GAA, a .887 save percentage, and 3 shutouts during the 1985-86 regular season.  In the playoffs, he led the Rangers to the Conference Finals, where they ran into the eventual Stanley Cup champion, Montreal Canadiens.  For his efforts, Beezer won the only Vezina Trophy of his career.
