New Jersey Devils jersey worn by Martin Brodeur in the 2002 playoffs and again during the 2002-03 regular season.  The Devils had an early exit in the 2002 playoffs, losing to the Carolina Hurricanes in the first round, despite Brodeur’s 1.42 GAA and .938 save percentage.  During the 2002-03 regular season, Brodeur played in 73 games, finishing with a 41-23-9 record, a 2.02 GAA, .914 save percentage, and a league-leading 9 shutouts. Brodeur continued to excel in the playoffs, leading the Devils to the franchise’s third Stanley Cup, all with him in goal.  He finished the playoffs with a 16-8 record, a 1.65 GAA, .934 save percentage, and an astonishing 7 shutouts.  For his efforts, Brodeur would collect the first of four career Vezina Trophies as well as the William Jennings Trophy.  Martin Brodeur was elected to the Hall of Fame in 2018.
