1991-92 Patrick Roy

Patrick Roy donned this Montreal Canadiens jersey during the 1991-92 NHL season.  He played in 67 regular season games that year, going 36-22-8 with a 2.36 GAA, a .914 save percentage, and 5 shutouts.  His GAA, save percentage, and shutouts all led the league.  Playoff success was not to be as the Canadiens were eliminated in the second round by Boston.  For his outstanding regular season, Roy was awarded his third and final Vezina, the William Jennings Trophy, and finished second in the Hart Trophy race to Mark Messier for league MVP.  Patrick Roy was elected to the Hall of Fame in 2006.
