Montreal Canadiens jersey worn by Richard Sevigny during the 1980-81 NHL season.  Sevigny saw time in 33 regular season games that year, going 20-4-3 with a 2.40 GAA.  The team gave up an NHL-best 228 goals during the regular season, leading to Sevigny sharing the Vezina with Michel “Bunny” Larocque and Denis Herron.  It’s the only time in NHL history three goalies shared the Vezina and the last year the award was determined by lowest team GAA.  This was Sevigny’s only time winning the Vezina.
