This plaque was presented to Jacques Plante for his fourth straight Vezina Trophy win in 1958-59.  Plante played in 67 regular season games, going 38-16-13 with a 2.16 GAA and 9 shutouts.  In the playoffs, Jacques went 8-3 with a 2.33 GAA, leading the Montreal Canadiens past the Toronto Maple Leafs for their fourth straight Stanley Cup.
